Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Growth
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer requests via phone, email, and web sources.
- Generate and follow up on sales quotations.
- Generate accurate and timely quotes using SAP/CRM.
- Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and quotes in CRM to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless handoff and fulfillment of Busch Group products.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Provide input to refine workflow, quoting processes, and customer communication best practices.
- Share customer insights with Marketing and Product Marketing Managers to improve Busch product offerings and promotions.
- 2 years of inside sales or customer support experience (or comparable experience) preferred, ideally in industrial equipment or services.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
- Clear communication skills with an ability to explain technical service offerings in customer-friendly terms.
