The Vice President of Finance serves as a key strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial leadership that supports profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term business success.

This role oversees all finance and accounting operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, payroll oversight, banking relationships, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational expertise and has a passion for developing teams and driving results.

• Lead all finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations

• Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve profitability, optimize labor, manage costs, and enhance overall business performance

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, working capital planning, and financial reporting

• Drive enterprise financial planning, long-range forecasting, KPI development, financial modeling, and scenario analysis

• Provide strategic recommendations and executive-level financial insights to support decision-making

• Strengthen internal controls, financial processes, and operational efficiencies across the organization

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams

• Support strategic initiatives, capital investments, acquisitions, and long-term growth planning

• Manage banking relationships, audit activities, tax planning support, and regulatory compliance

• Serve as a hands-on financial leader with a comprehensive understanding of all accounting functions

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required

• MBA and/or CPA required

• 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience

• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and financial analysis

• Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning capabilities

• Experience in grocery, retail, distribution, or multi-unit operations strongly preferred

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Proven ability to influence business strategy and drive organizational performance
