Busch Automotive in Big Lake, MN is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!
We are a locally owned and operated automotive repair shop — not a large corporation where employees can get lost in the shuffle. We value our technicians, appreciate quality workmanship, and believe that good employees deserve to be treated with respect.

Our normal schedule is:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
You work hard during the week and have your evenings and weekends to yourself.

THE TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their work and understands that quality matters.
The ideal candidate:
- Has professional automotive repair experience
- Can accurately diagnose automotive problems
- Performs repairs correctly and efficiently
- Has strong mechanical skills
- Has their own tools
- Takes pride in their workmanship
- Is dependable and responsible
- Can work independently as well as with a team
- Has a positive attitude
- ASE certifications are a plus, but real-world experience and ability are what matter most
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Diagnose and repair cars and light trucks
- Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Brake, suspension and steering repairs
- Perform quality-control checks
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
