• Train, learn, grow, repeat
• Stay curious, coachable, and keep leveling up (attitude is everything)
• Occasionally travel overnight for training or industry events (on us!)

💵 COMPENSATION

• $16 – $18/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
• Total Comp: $31K–$40K with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
