What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demolition Worker position at Busby Management Group LLC (BMG)?
The Opportunity
We’re looking for 2-3 reliable, hardworking individuals who want flexible, project-based work and are ready to jump in as jobs come in.
This is on-call / as-needed to start, but the goal is to build consistent weekly work as projects ramp up. If you show up, work hard, and take it seriously, this can turn into steady income quickly.
This is a good fit for someone who:
- Already does construction, labor, or side work
- Wants extra income with flexibility
- Is willing to bet on a growing operation early
- Values reliability and showing up when it matters
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interior demolition (kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Hauling debris and job site cleanup
- Basic use of hand tools (sledgehammer, pry bar, etc.)
- Working efficiently and safely on residential job sites
Requirements
- At least some construction or labor experience (you’ve been on a job site before)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work physically
- Shows up on time and follows through (this matters more than anything)
- Willing to learn and take direction
Pay
- $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- Paid per project or hourly (based on job)
- Opportunity for more work and higher pay as volume increases
