Requirements

- Familiarity with financial software tools used for managing transactions and customer accounts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining integrity and transparency in all dealings.
- A background as a loan officer is advantageous but not required.
