Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess knowledge of various restoration techniques such as water damage restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize power tools and equipment to restore damaged properties
- Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement tasks
- Perform water damage restoration procedures
- Assist in fire restoration projects
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to industry standards
- Build and reconstruct damaged structures
- Execute carpet cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools for restoration work
- Knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire restoration, and asbestos abatement processes
- Ability to clean and sanitize damaged areas effectively
Additional Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with carpet cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with building and reconstruction processes
