Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Allentown, PA. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, resolving client issues, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent service.
