Since 1933, we've been a family-owned establishment, serving locals and visitors alike with great drinks, good vibes, and a rich history. Now, we’re looking for someone like you to help us continue that tradition!

As our Friendly Security, you'll play a key role in ensuring that The Burwood Tap remains a safe and inviting space for everyone. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor as they enter the bar.
- Monitoring the premises to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons and staff.
- Addressing any issues or disturbances calmly and effectively.
- Checking IDs to verify age and compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a positive and secure atmosphere.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle situations with tact and professionalism.
- A friendly, approachable attitude that aligns with our welcoming environment.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
