What You’ll Do
- Travel to branches and customer sites to demonstrate telematics and safety technologies.
- Engage employees and customers to boost their confidence in using our systems.
- Collaborate with users to optimize digital dashboards and promote data-driven decisions.
- Provide expert technical support via phone, email, and chat, escalating issues when needed.
- Recommend solutions tailored to customer needs and assist with order support.
- Record support interactions and analyze dashboard usage trends in the CRM.
- Experience with technology solutions such as telematics, IoT, or safety systems.
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex tools clearly to various audiences.
- Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
- Proficient in CRM systems, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in tech, engineering, or related field preferred.
