What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts and accessories
- Receive and process inventory accurately and efficiently
- Deliver parts to customers and technicians when needed
- Provide prompt, helpful service at the parts counter
- Support technicians by supplying parts quickly to reduce equipment downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized parts area for easy access and efficient work
- Help manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and place orders as needed
- Work closely with the service team to support seamless customer experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification in parts management is a plus)
- Experience in parts sales or a similar role—especially in material handling or related fields
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems and parts cataloging
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong team orientation
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
