In this role, you’ll manage parts sales, inventory, and expenses while driving customer satisfaction for both external and internal needs. What You’ll Do
- Develop, communicate, and enforce Parts Department processes to deliver excellent service.
- Promote and merchandise parts and accessories in coordination with other store locations.
- Create annual department goals and budget aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and monitor a Parts Department marketing plan to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory systems, including annual and perpetual counts.
- Submit all warranty and return claims on time to receive maximum credit.
- Maximize order discount programs to achieve stock order goals.
- Ensure all department tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained and in working order.
- Manage recruiting, staffing, and development for parts team members.
- Enforce all safety standards and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager and Regional Managers.
- 3–5 years of management experience in machinery or material handling.
- Strong background in customer service, parts management, and inventory control.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid DMV record.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of supporting all job functions.
