We are hiring dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Team Members for our Buffalo Wild Wings GO location in Burtonsville.
Team Members are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service while preparing high-quality food and maintaining a clean, organized restaurant. This is a fast-paced environment, so we are looking for people who can stay focused, work well with a team, and handle busy shifts efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
Take orders accurately and operate the POS/register
Prepare wings, fries, sides, and other menu items according to brand standards
Follow proper portioning, cooking times, recipes, and food preparation procedures
Maintain order accuracy and fast speed of service
Package dine-out, pickup, delivery, and third-party orders correctly
Keep kitchen, front counter, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature, labeling, and day-dot procedures
Restock products and supplies throughout the shift
Follow all halal and non-halal food handling procedures and prevent cross-contact
Work together with other team members during busy periods
Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities
Arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift
