We are looking for outstanding crew members to join our team! You will be working with a fun, positive, and efficient team to provide guests an experience that will keep them coming back each day. High performance Hospitality s is a franchisee of Dunkin that aims to offer convenience for everyday busy people.
We aim to establish and maintain a long-term close relationship with our guests, within our trade area by offering outstanding service, superior product quality, a broad range offering of beverages, donuts and sandwiches at affordable prices.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships
- Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy
- Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately
- Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean/ neat work environment
