Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Desk Adjuster to remotely handle and manage commercial insurance claims. This role involves investigating claims, reviewing coverage, documenting findings, communicating with all parties involved, and assisting in timely claim resolution. This is a flexible part-time remote opportunity with the potential to grow into a larger or full-time role depending on claim volume and business needs.
Qualifications
• Previous commercial desk adjusting experience is required
• Active adjuster licenses in at least one of the following states: FL, TX, GA, SC, or AL
• Strong background in claims investigation, coverage review, and claim resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage claims independently and efficiently
• Proficiency with claims software and technology platforms
• Previous experience in the insurance industry required
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
