Are you interested in working with children and making a meaningful impact? Burton Behavioral Interventions Corp. (BBIC) is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians—no active RBT or RBAI certification required to apply.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based practices under the supervision of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities
-Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services
-Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision
-Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
-Collect and record data on client progress
-Respond to behaviors with professionalism and patience

Minimum Requirements
-High school diploma or GED required
-Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT/RBAI training independently
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to pass a background check
