Key Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven systems, creating architectural blueprints and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements, validate use cases, and build consensus around solution direction.
- Software Engineering Excellence: Champion coding best practices, maintainability, and scalability; guide the team on Python engineering, model integration, and development standards.
- Integration & API Design: Design, oversee, and optimize APIs and integration strategies for embedding AI components into broader enterprise systems.
- Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on guidance on Python, React, and AI/ML frameworks to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
- Communication & Alignment: Present complex concepts, solution designs, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
- Technology Strategy: Stay current on AI, ML, and software trends to influence platform strategy and long-term architectural decisions.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Mentor engineering talent, elevate team capabilities, and help shape the AI team’s operating rhythm.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Advanced degrees in AI, machine learning, or data science are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- 10 years of technical experience across IT architecture, infrastructure, databases, cloud development, software architecture, business analysis, DevOps, or product/project management.
- 5 years of experience in AI-related roles such as AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Skills:
- Strong software engineering background with expert proficiency in Python.
- Experience building and scaling user interfaces using React.
- Deep understanding of API design, integration strategies, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to drive consensus and operate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities; highly motivated self-starter with high productivity and initiative.
