Job Description: Automotive Sales Professional
Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Classification: Full Time
Work Schedule: Dealership Hours are 8:30 am-7:00 pm- Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am-3:00 pm Saturday. Position is scheduled 40-48 hours per week, or as dealership volume and needs dictate
Scope of departmental work: Automotive sales and leasing, pre-owned vehicle purchasing
Compensation: $40,000 to $150,000 annually, commiserate with experience. We offer a very competitive base pay with commission scale.

Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing guests to create customers for life
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls regarding vehicle sales and purchases.
- Demonstrate and explain features and benefits of vehicles to guests
- Assist guests through the automotive buying and leasing process
- Work closely with sales managers to calculate and quote pricing given accurate information
- Correctly gather information for the finance department including credit applications
- Perform follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and referrals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with sales staff, office staff, and managers
- Other duties as assigned
- Maintain valid driver license
