Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Receiving of transfers to stores.
- Receive inventory.
- Ordering tires from distributors and other warehouses per priority.
- Work with customers and stores over the phone to provide options and information regarding many different tire manufacturers, models, and sizes, ensuring the customer gets the right tires for their needs.
- Answer phones and provide excellent over-the-phone customer service.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Prior experience with TCS point of sale system is helpful but not required
- Multi tasking
- Attention to details
- Computer skills
- Phone skills
- Able to work some Saturday 8 am to 5 pm
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
