Duties
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, other team members and customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of time spent at service calls, service(s) performed, parts used and customer interactions
- Follow traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Plan routes and meet schedules
- Perform field service repairs, maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of system.
- Respond to service calls and provide timely and efficient solutions to customer issues
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
- Strong time management skills to keep service appointments and ensure timely deliveries
- Proven experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC field
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Participation in rotating On-Call schedule
