Burrow Underground is a growing, woman-owned underground utility company focused on doing things the right way—prioritizing safety, quality work, and a strong team culture. We specialize in underground installation using directional drilling and vibratory plowing methods.
We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Laborer who wants more than just a job—someone who’s ready to learn, grow, and be part of building something.
Looking for laborer to join our crew that's also willing to travel wherever the next project takes us!
What You’ll Do
- Assist with underground utility installation using directional drills and plows
- Support bore crews with setup, operation, and cleanup
- Handle job site prep, including digging, locating, and material handling
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work closely with operators and foremen to keep jobs running efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols, especially around utilities and heavy equipment

- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, digging, walking job sites)

- Experience in construction, utilities, or landscaping is a plus—but we will train the right person

Any experience relating is preferred and will be a determining factor with a higher wage.
