Civil Structural Engineer - Structural Steel / Concrete

Burrow Global is seeking a talented mid career Civil/Structural Engineer that has structural steel and concrete foundation experience in the Petrochemical or Oil and Gas Industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in developing civil and structural engineering designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conceptual design to construction, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including design calculations, structural analysis, and construction support.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, address technical challenges, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams to seamlessly integrate civil and structural requirements into overall project deliverables.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, focusing on EPC projects and/or oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of industry codes and standards, including ACI, AISC, IBC, and ASCE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
