Burrow Global is hiring! We are looking for an administrative support clerk for our Deer Park Engineering office.
In the administrative support role, you will perform various day-to-day tasks in support of the office/organization. Success in this role will be demonstrated by completing your tasks effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Answer and direct phone calls, email correspondence, and mail distribution.
- Compose and Distribute Correspondence and Maintains Records.
- Create and Update Special Reports and/or Proposals.
- Provide Word Processing and Other Computer Data Entry as needed
- Coordinate Travel Arrangements and Reservations
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Welcome Visitors and Provide Associates, Customers, and/or Vendors with Assistance and Information as necessary
- Schedule Appointments/Meetings
- Organize office events and conferences.
- Order and maintain office supplies/kitchen supplies.
- Onboard new hires.
- Supervise cleaning crew and maintain the cleanliness of office space.
- Responsible for putting up and/or throwing away leftover food from lunch meetings before leaving for the day
- Responsible for cleaning out both refrigerators every other Friday
- Schedule safety training for office employees as needed.
- Perform other office-related duties as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of High School Diploma/G.E.D., 3-5 years of experience, typing skills of 75 wpm, and an advanced knowledge of computer software required.
- An Associate Degree in Office Administration is preferred but not required.
