What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM vehicles.
- Collaborate with management and the marketing team to align promotions with customer needs.
- Use CRM tools (VinSolutions) to manage leads, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to help customers find the right fit.
- Stay current with manufacturer incentives and financing programs.
- Represent Burritt Motors’ core values of honesty, trust, and community in every interaction.
Who You Are
- Energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM and digital communication tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.
