POSITION SUMMARY: As a Team Member - Cook, you would prepare and serve our guests. As part of this, you would help maintain a high-quality product by following our quality and safety standards.

Job Functions include:

• Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restock front line with prepared, flavorful food during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety standards and practices.
• Monitor the quality of products and take appropriate actions to maintain that quality.
• Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, security policies, and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Be an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

• $500 Sign-on bonus**
• Starting Pay: $16.00*
• Must be at least 18 years old to cook over open flame grill.
• Conversational English, fundamental reading, writing, math and computer/POS skills are required. 
• Enjoy responsibly mentoring other team members. 
• Enjoy working in a fast-casual dining atmosphere. 
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, walking/standing during entire shift, operate/access equipment at standard heights with occasional bending/stooping and reaching.

Work schedules are written to meet business needs for operation 363 days per year.
