We seek a Store Manager to lead our team at Burrito Bistro Hyannis location. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the high standards of quality that our customers expect. Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience.
- Experience in back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Reliable transportation.
- Available days, nights, weekends.
- 40-45 hrs / 5-6 days per week.
Qualified Applicants Compensation:
- Manager $65,000
- Quarterly performance bonus.
