Position Description
The Studio Executive Producer will lead and evolve our in-house production studio, working closely with production, creative, account services, project management, and legal teams to manage multiple concurrent projects and lines of business. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for production, a strong creative sensibility, and exceptional management and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex needs to ensure work is produced efficiently and executed to the highest standards. The EP must be familiar with industry best practices for production and post-production and be well-versed in union and non-union production regulations. A key responsibility of this role is managing external vendors, crew, directors, and post-production resources. As a client-facing position, the Executive Producer must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and diplomacy

Essential Functions
- Lead and manage in-house production, including but not limited to video/film content, BTS, experiential, social, and digital content
- Manage production support staff and creatives, including editors, designers, developers, and production coordinators
- Maintain department P&L in concert with the Head of Production - identifying realistic revenue targets and balancing efficiency with growth.
- Create and manage project scopes while demonstrating excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Oversee all pre- and post-production workstreams, interpreting stakeholder needs and adjusting production strategies, timelines, and budgets as necessary
- Partner with producers, creatives, and agency leads to identify production requirements, align on SOWs, meet project deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on budget
- Communicate production processes and best practices to teams while continually seeking improvements to drive efficiency
- Stay current on production trends, emerging technologies, and distribution platforms
- Recruit, cultivate, and maintain strong external relationships with directors, DP’s, editors, production resources, and creative partners
- Collaborate with the Head of Production on a strategic vision for growth, while maintaining margin targets and revenue goals
- At least 10 years of production experience at a creative-driven agency or production house (entertainment production experience is a plus), producing broadcast, short- and long-form content, photography, social, digital, and experiential work
- Extensive social production experience, with a strong understanding of platform nuances, content formats, and high-volume content delivery
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed project plans, advise on resource allocation, and lead teams
- Experience leading a production company and successfully driving year-over-year growth
- Proven track record of team leadership and motivation
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and consistency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional, friendly demeanor
- Expert knowledge of post-production tools and technologies
- Experienced with the use of bidding tools and the cost-consultant process
- Strong understanding of current industry software, including AI tools, and awareness of emerging trends
- A broad network of freelance resources
- Flexibility to work off-hours, weekends, and remotely as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills supported by sound judgment

Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
