You will administer and score a variety of psychological assessments, contributing significantly to understanding the psychological attributes of clients across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and score psychological assessments to support comprehensive evaluations.
- Collaborate with psychologists and neuropsychologists in delivering psychological services.
- Maintain accurate and valid testing processes through standardized methods.
- Participate in required meetings and performance evaluations to enhance team capacity.
- Assist in data collection and program evaluation, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
- Complete all mandatory trainings and contribute to self-evaluation processes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in psychology or a related social services field.
- License/certification is not required, but experience and knowledge related to clinical services are desired.
Additional Qualifications:
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check is required.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements, including Relias, at the start of employment and annually thereafter.
Physical Requirements:
- ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
