As a Program Coordinator for Adult Housing, you will play a crucial role in the oversight and coordination of operations at designated service delivery locations. Your leadership will ensure that therapeutic interventions are effectively implemented, providing residents with the support they need for successful independent living. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise Residential Specialists, and ensure that appropriate programming and shift coverage are maintained. Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the program goals and oversee all IRTS/ICPR programming, services, and billing at assigned locations.
- Hire, manage, and provide direct supervision to all Residential Specialists at your locations.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and monitor the documentation of team members.
- Manage and account for all System funds and accounts related to your program location.
- Provide individual assistance to residents in following prescribed medication regimens, maintaining required certifications as necessary.
- Ensure training for residential staff is current and documented.
- Participate in ongoing assessments and assist clients in completing daily living skills to promote independence.
- Collaborate with CSS staff to ensure all client needs are met.
- Provide immediate crisis resolution through direct interaction with clients and residents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field, OR be working toward a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years completed, plus related experience which may be substituted for education on a year-for-year equivalent basis.
Additional Qualifications:
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.
- Must have or obtain a valid Missouri Chauffeurs Driver’s License within two weeks of employment.
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate documents effectively to residents, staff, and community members.
- Proven ability to establish effective relationships and follow directions while accepting supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.
- Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
- Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
