KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
- Research obituaries to determine client's current living status and locate contact information for designated personal representatives.
- File original wills with the probate court in coordination with Information Governance.
- Assist Information Governance in returning original client documents to the client, personal representative, or new counsel.
- Digitize original client documents such as wills, deeds, death certificates, trust agreements, affidavits, and estate tax returns as applicable.
- Occasional travel between Burr offices.
