Your next role
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of experienced hire roles across the U.S. region. You’ll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and inclusive recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience.
Your key duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced hire roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, delivering offers, and conducting background checks
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and attending industry events
- Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and act as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of agency recruitment experience and 3 years of corporate recruitment experience
- Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry preferred
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platforms
- Interest or experience in using AI tools for recruitment
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $125,000. This will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience
