The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District seeks a dedicated and passionate Head Coach to lead our Boys JV Baseball Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance athletic performance.
- Organize and lead practices, games, and competitions.
- Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and staff about team progress and expectations.
- Analyze player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a cohesive athletic program.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience in baseball at the high school, collegiate, or club level.
- Strong knowledge of track rules and strategies.
- The ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidates must hold a valid NYS Teaching certificate, NYS coaching certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
