Automotive Lot Attendant (Full-Time, Morning Shift)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities): Your daily routine is fully dedicated to supporting our sales operations and keeping our frontline inventory flawless.

You will:

• Showcase the Inventory: Keep the main dealership sales lot organized, clean, and looking sharp for incoming customers.
• Vehicle Merchandising: Ensure new and used vehicles are clean, properly lined up, and beautifully displayed for optimal curb appeal.
• Sales Team Support: Assist sales consultants by quickly and safely moving vehicles around the lot for customer test drives or final deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Track new arrivals, apply pricing/window stickers, and help organize vehicles coming off transport deliveries. Support the sales teams as needed

What We’re Looking For (Requirements):

• Driver Requirements: Must possess a valid Driver's License AND a clean driving record (essential for dealership insurance compliance).
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to consistently show up ready to go for early morning shifts, including Saturdays.
• Positive Attitude: A team-first mindset and a willingness to help our sales team deliver a great customer experience.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
