Front Desk / Member Services
Hourly (Part-Time)
Burnsville Martial Arts Academy
Mon-Thurs 3:30PM – 9:30PM
(~25hrs/week)
Hours may vary depending on need
Qualifications:
-Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; must feel confident making phone calls and engaging in face-to-face interactions; enthusiastic and outgoing personality
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping
-Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Google Drive
-Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks; comfortable working independently
-Sales/Customer Service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent prospective member experience: friendly-greeting, facility tour, prepare loaner gear for class, review waivers, check ID’s. Assist in the new member onboarding process by fitting/issuing required gear (gloves, gi, belt, etc.), take photos for member profiles, complete and enter agreement paperwork, etc.
-Manage incoming/outgoing phone calls: follow script to schedule/reschedule trial classes, answer questions regarding scheduling and pricing, etc.; communicate with members/prospective members through email; keep detailed follow-up call/email log for coaches to follow-up outside of class hours.
-Guide new members through membership plan options and assist with the enrollment process for new members. Follow enrollment checklist including completing/scanning/filing agreements, waivers, emergency contact information, and processing memberships in our Zivvy Membership software.
-Utilize Zivvy Membership software to help manage trial class scheduling, attendance, member services, account payments, etc. Maintain clear and informative notes within member accounts.
-Assist managing inventory including beverages, uniforms, equipment, supplies, etc.
-Greet and welcome all members, parents, and visitors that enter the facility.
-Assist with taking member attendance during class times to ensure the most accurate and up to date attendance records.
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized facility.
