Burnsville Heating & Air Conditioning, serving the Twin Cities since 1985, is seeking a results-driven Residential Service Manager to lead and grow our service department.
We’re looking for a growth-minded leader who understands performance metrics, builds strong teams, and drives measurable revenue and margin improvement.
The Role
This position holds full operational responsibility for the residential service department. You’ll work directly with ownership to execute growth initiatives, improve systems, and elevate performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of service technicians
• Own department performance, KPIs, and profitability
• Monitor and improve metrics (revenue, labor efficiency, average ticket, callbacks, margin)
• Use reporting systems to drive data-based decisions
• Oversee scheduling, labor distribution, and timecards
• Support hiring, training, and team development
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching
• Run biweekly service meetings focused on performance
• Build systems for scalable growth
Ideal Candidate
• 5 years in residential HVAC service
• Proven leadership with measurable growth results

Compensation & Opportunity
• $80,000–$100,000 base salary (DOE)
