Purpose: Provide student leadership and voice around school pride and build opportunities to build positive school culture.
Job Description
- Plan and attend meetings (at least monthly) before or after school
- Form the council through the application process
- Plan activities and events (Spirit week, fundraising, service projects, school dances)
- Promote participation in school-wide events
- Support communication between students and staff regarding changes/suggestions that affect the building
- Support PBIS
- Promote school spirit and pride through social media
- Attend Discover middle school night event for incoming students
- Enforce and model positive leadership at all time
- Perform other relevant duties regarding the program.
