- Delaware license required; PA or NJ license a plus
- At least five years healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability experience
- Self-starter with track record of taking initiative and embracing challenges
- Demonstration of critical, analytical, and creative thinking
- Effective in supervising or overseeing the work of others
- Proven leadership, training, feedback, and mentoring skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Potential to bring or develop business a plus
