Multiple Positions Available. Manage overall engineering design efforts for Design-only and EPC projects. Prepare and manage final engineering man-hour budgets. Manage implementation of Quality Program for engineering designs. Manage independent quality/completeness reviews of engineering deliverables. Direct and manage field engineering services. Manage engineering design schedule, budget and progress measurement functions with project controls teams. Manage, prepare and submit client change orders. Lead engineering preparation of subcontract plan and subcontractor bid and award packages. Manage turnover and start-up plans. Manage and expedite vendor and fabrication shop progress. Manage preparation of and/or prepare monthly client status reports. Manage meetings and review meetings status. Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies. Comply with all policies and standards. Telecommuting is allowed up to 30 days per year. Primarily domestic travel up to 25% of the time is required based on project needs.
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field from an accredited program plus seven (7) years of engineering experience.

- Computer-aided design (CAD) software and drafting tools for developing system schematics, layouts, and construction plans.
- Safety regulations and standards for electric distribution systems, including OSHA, NESC, and IEEE standards.
- Project management tools and techniques for managing electric distribution projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Must have six (6) years of experience in each of the following:
