In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of complete electrical and I&C design packages, supporting system studies and equipment specification, and mentoring less experienced team members. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and discipline leads to deliver high-quality, practical solutions on a range of facility and infrastructure projects.

This is a hands-on design role with opportunities to grow into increased leadership, client engagement, and project responsibility.

  • Mentor I&C team members on panel design, loop development, and control strategy implementation.
  • Support FAT/SAT documentation and field integration planning.
  • Familiarity with I&C design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, SPI (Intools), or similar preferred.
