- Create projects in the electronic document management system and confirm all project setups follow Burns & McDonnell procedures and standards.
- Collaborates with the project team on document management procedures and processes.
- Communicates the electronic document management system and procedures and processes changes and updates with the internal and external project team
- Coordinates with internal and external users of any issues that may arise.
- Performs quality control on all engineer and vendor deliverables.
- Transfers data between electronic document management system.
- Generates and quality checks construction work packs.
- Responsible for construction work pack’s revision control.
- Trains internal and external how to navigate and perform their tasks on electronic document management system.
- Be electronic document management system’s Subject Matter Experts
- Complies and ensures we follow Burns & McDonnell’s standards and procedures.
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of applicable experience required.
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the educational requirement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Candidates should possess accurate data entry skills.
