Responsibilities
- Represent our client inworkers' compensation and personal injury cases.
- Advise clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
- Maintain accurate records of case files and client communications within the law office.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect client cases or the firm’s practice areas.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent writing skills in legal drafting.
- Familiarity with legal research methodologies and tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Prior experience in a legal administrative role is not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple cases effectively.
