- Process payments for service invoices (cash, credit, and other methods)
- Accurately close repair orders and update customer information
- Answer basic service-related questions and direct customers to the proper team members
- Maintain cashier station cleanliness and organization
- Assist with filing, administrative tasks, and phone calls as needed
- Balance cash drawer daily and follow all payment-handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills; experience with dealership or POS systems a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed)
