Burns Collision Center is currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a candidate who is comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can manage repairs from initial estimate through delivery.
We are a dealership-supported collision center with consistent workflow. Our business is driven by our existing customer base and support from four affiliated dealerships, which allows us to rely far less on DRP work and maintain greater control over the repair process.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONE
- Review vehicle damage with customers and explain the repair process
- Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters as needed
- Manage supplements and update repair plans throughout the process
- Work closely with technicians to ensure proper repair execution
- Maintain organized documentation, photos, and repair files
- Oversee the repair process from intake through final delivery
- Prior experience as an Auto Body Estimator required
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and parts
- Proficiency with CCC ONE required
- ROME experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a high-volume shop
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- High-volume operation averaging 250 repair orders per month
- Consistent workflow supported by four dealership locations
- Office and shop are primarily staffed with long-tenured employees
- Clean, modern facility with established processes
- $80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
