Burnips Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our Major Account Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, motivated, and eager to assist a fast-paced sales team. The position offers 15–20 hours per week and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting sales representatives with daily tasks, including pricing equipment, completing paperwork, preparing contracts, and communicating with vendors
- Communicating with sales personnel regarding deals, pricing, and updates
- Ensuring all paperwork and contracts are accurate and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with company and vendor standards
- Supporting the team with inventory inquiries
- Performing clerical tasks for the sales department as needed
- Assisting with bi-annual inventory processes
Preferred Qualifications
An ideal candidate would:
- Be a self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Have previous experience with financing and leasing (preferred, not required)
