Agricultural Service Technician – Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Agricultural Service Technician to join our Service Repair Team. What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Diagnose issues and provide accurate estimates for parts and labor
- Perform equipment inspections and recommend preventative repairs to reduce downtime
- Complete repairs according to OEM specifications using service manuals
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure accurate parts ordering
- Document all work performed with clear and detailed service reports
- Work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment (preferred)
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete online and in-person training
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Reliable and team-oriented
