Duties
- Process and verify invoices and purchase orders
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Assist with data entry tasks including 10-key typing, journal entries, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with shop managers and vendors to resolve discrepancies or payment issues promptly
- Maintain detailed documentation of transactions
- Perform analysis of financial data to identify trends or irregularities that require further investigation
- Assist with month-end closing processes, including account reconciliation and ledger review
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting store operations
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory processes
- Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing
Work Environment:
- Office or corporate setting with interaction with shop teams
- May require extended periods of sitting and computer work
