Position Overview:
We are seeking a Fulfillment/Driver Specialist who is organized, reliable, and ready to play a vital role in our fulfillment operations. This position involves delivering products to our locations and B2B clients, processing and packing orders, and managing inventory with accuracy and attention to detail. If you have a strong work ethic, are customer-focused, and enjoy working independently, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment & Packaging: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for online customers, B2B clients, and retail restocks, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Inventory Management: Assist with organizing and tracking inventory, ensuring stock is properly logged and updated.
- Delivery: Safely transport products between Burning Acre locations if needed and to B2B clients, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and inventory logs to ensure accountability and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Verify all orders and products for quality and accuracy prior to shipment.
- Collaboration: Work with the fulfillment team to ensure streamlined, effective operations.
- Additional Duties: Support retail and event teams as needed with setup, breakdown, and additional tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery, fulfillment, or warehousing preferred.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliability: Strong time management skills and commitment to completing deliveries on schedule.
- Customer Focus: Ability to represent Burning Acre professionally during client interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Diligent with order accuracy, inventory tracking, and product inspection.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to support cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and driving
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for deliveries
