Pay: $14–$16/hr w Tips (up to $30/hr in retail) Potential Sales Commission
Schedule: Part-Time with potential to become Full-Time
Travel: May include traveling (reimbursed when traveling)
Position Overview
Burning Acre is seeking a reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented team member who can thrive in multiple areas of our growing operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well both independently and as part of a team, and is excited about opportunities to grow within the company.
You’ll support several key departments — Retail, and Bakery/Production, — and should be comfortable switching departments daily depending on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Retail
-Provide excellent customer service and product education
-Assist guests, maintain product displays, and process transactions
-Earn tips (up to $30/hr during busy retail shifts)
Bakery/Production
-Assist with product preparation, baking tasks, and packaging
-Maintain a clean and compliant workspace
-Follow recipes, weights, measurements, and quality standards precisely
Requirements
-Must be 21 years or older
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Prior experience required; management or operations experience is a plus
-Highly adaptable and open to switching departments daily based on operational needs
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team
-Willingness to travel between Columbia and Nashville (travel reimbursement provided when traveling between stores)
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow all cannabis compliance rules
-Must be able to lift to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
-Must show up on time and follow your schedule
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
