Our client in Fort Worth, TX is busy! They are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Office Manager who has experience in the construction industry and can oversee daily administrative operations while managing billing and accounting functions. This person should also be familiar with Sage Contractor 100 or similar accounting software. If you have three or more years of office management experience in construction or a similar field, then our client needs to speak with you!
Requirements:
- 3 years of office management or executive administrative experience
- Prefers construction office experience or a similar field
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Understanding of Sage Contractor 100 is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
