We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant in Dallas, TX to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced small business environment, can effectively multitask, and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with customer interaction. The position is approximately 50% billing and collections and 50% data entry and customer support. Responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, performing accurate data entry, maintaining customer records, processing billing activities, assisting with account management, managing collections efforts, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining organized documentation and administrative records. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to support efficient office operations and assist with additional administrative projects as needed. A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment are required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative, customer service, billing, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, maintain accuracy in data entry, and manage billing and collections responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive team-oriented attitude, and the ability to successfully pass a federal background check.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
